Job Summary
Culinary Assistant will prepare and serve food items with attention to special needs and food safety standards, keep kitchen/dining/storage areas clean, monitor temperature logs for refrigeration, assist in preparing healthy menu options, serve meals to clients, maintain equipment, rotate food to prevent spoilage, and interact professionally with clients while collaborating with peers and vendors as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent preferred
- 1 or more years of prior food service in the human services field required
- ServeSafe certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Working knowledge of google email, sheets, and docs
