Job Summary
Support the Chef onsite at events by taking direction, unloading and loading trucks, and handling prep, plating, and dish duties. Maintain focus on assignments to maximize efficiency and quality while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Address guest requests, issues, and complaints promptly by involving the Chef first and then the Service Captain as appropriate. Uphold professional service guidelines and etiquette to ensure a positive overall event experience. This role requires a flexible schedule, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in a physically demanding position involving long periods of standing and lifting heavy loads.
