Job Summary
Culinary Aide in Indianapolis, IN for American Senior Communities. Part-time day and evening shifts. Assist with meal prep and portioning according to menus and resident diets, set up trays and carts for service, work with service staff to collect soiled trays and wash dishes, maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen, and support culinary leaders to provide a positive dining experience for residents. Preferred certifications in Sanitation/Safe Food Handling and prior restaurant server experience.
