Job Summary
Culinary Aide / Wait Staff responsible for assisting in food preparation and service to residents, guests, and employees. Duties include preparing and set-up of menu items, serving meals, restocking, loading/unloading the dish machine, hand-washing pots and pans, maintaining sanitary kitchen facilities, handling chemicals safely, assisting in kitchen as needed, communicating with dietary personnel, and upholding resident rights and confidentiality. Requires strong customer service, good attendance, ability to work with nursing staff, and adherence to infection control practices. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- 0-2 years in food service within a Long-Term Care environment preferred
