Job Summary
Culinary Aide / Wait Staff at Otterbein SeniorLife. Responsibilities include preparing and serving meals to residents and guests, maintaining a sanitary kitchen and dining environment, coordinating with the nursing and dietary teams, operating a tray-line service, restocking and sanitizing areas, handling cleaning tasks and chemicals safely, and upholding resident rights and infection control practices. Must demonstrate friendly customer service, good attendance, and teamwork with the nursing department to support quality, person-centered care for residents.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or GED preferred
- Experience: 0-2 years in food service within a Long-Term Care environment preferred
