Prepare meals adapted to residents' diets and abilities, ensuring product quality and proper dish finishing. Receive deliveries and maintain kitchen hygiene in compliance with the Sanitary Control Plan. Create menus with the Chef de Cuisine while prioritizing resident well-being and enjoyment. Work a 10-hour day with one weekend off every two weeks under the supervision of the Chef de Cuisine. Serve residents at the Résidence de la Fontaine, an establishment integrating 82 residents into the local community.
