Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory management and distribution, lead and mentor warehouse staff, enforce safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate in a fast-paced, physically active environment
Desired Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
