Job Summary
Install, activate, and troubleshoot residential Internet, TV, phone, and security services while diagnosing service issues and educating customers on equipment. Test signal quality to ensure installations meet standards, complete upgrades and preventative maintenance, and accurately document work using mobile applications. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and inventory while adhering to safety policies. This role requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to lift 80 pounds and climb ladders up to 30 feet in all weather conditions. Flexible schedule includes occasional weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 23 years old
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
- Comfortable climbing ladders up to 30 feet
- Able to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors in all weather conditions
