Job Summary
Install, troubleshoot, and repair internet, cable TV, phone, and alarm systems at residential and commercial locations. Perform service upgrades, relocations, and audits while ensuring installations meet quality, safety, and customer experience standards. Educate customers on their services and equipment, then manage company vehicle maintenance, tools, and inventory. Accurately complete work orders, documentation, and time reporting. Requires previous cable, fiber, or broadband installation experience, ability to lift 80 lbs., and work at heights up to 30 ft. Valid driver's license with a clean record is mandatory. Weekly pay includes monthly bonus potential, plus company vehicle, gas card, and uniforms.
Required Qualifications
- Previous cable, fiber, or broadband installation experience
- Comfortable working with tools, technology, and hands-on problem solving
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and work at heights (ladders up to 30 ft.)
- Willingness to work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
- Flexible schedule, including weekends
- Minimum age: 23
