Job Summary
Senior Salesforce Developer leading technical development efforts to design and deliver customized Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing user stories, gathering requirements, and building high-performance Apex, LWC, and Visualforce components; driving system efficiency, automation, and third-party integrations; mentoring junior developers and collaborating with architects, admins, and business analysts; conducting code reviews, unit testing, and ensuring Salesforce security and performance standards.
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years Salesforce development experience
- Proficient in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Expertise in Flows, Process Builder, and automation tools
- Experience integrating Salesforce with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party applications
- Hands-on with Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado or Flosum
- Familiar with CI/CD, Git, and automated deployment processes
- Experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or MuleSoft integrations
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (preferred)
