Job Summary
Growth Associate to support a growing sales team in CRE, focusing on outbound prospecting, qualifying new business opportunities, and helping map complex CRE organizations to reach key stakeholders. You will leverage HubSpot, LinkedIn, and internal systems to manage outreach, track deal cycles, and optimize prospecting strategies, with a pathway to transition into a full-cycle sales role. You will learn to deliver compelling product demonstrations, sharpen outbound skills, and grow within a high-performance team. This role emphasizes learning and development with exposure to the full sales process, starting from prospecting to potential future full-cycle responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of sales experience in Tech and/or CRE
- Entrepreneurial, motivated, and competitive with a willingness to learn, take feedback, and apply new skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- 5 days per week in-office in RealtyAds HQ (Chicago)
