Job Summary
APM is seeking a full-time Life Skills Coach to support children and families in the adoption process, providing life skills education and crisis management to ensure family stability and reunification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
- Minimum 2 years work experience in social services with youth and families
- Valid driver’s license
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in outreach activities
- Familiarity with the dynamics of diverse populations
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Typing skills and basic computer operations knowledge

- FBI results required on hiring

- Child Abuse clearance required
