Job Summary
Case Manager for Net Community Care (CUA1) partners with families referred by the Department of Human Services to strengthen parenting practices, enhance protective capacities, and create a nurturing home environment that promotes child safety, well-being, and permanency. Responsibilities focus on child welfare protective services, supporting high-risk families, stabilizing environments, and advancing safety and permanency through trauma-informed care and collaboration. Must hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Services (BSW preferred), have two years of case management experience involving youth, knowledge of child and family service systems, a valid state driver’s license with safe driving record and insurance, and strong computer literacy. The role is full-time and non-exempt under the FLSA, reporting to the CUA Case Management Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s level in Human Services, BSW preferred
- Two years case management experience involving youth
- Knowledge of child and family service systems
- Valid Driver’s License (issued by state in which employee lives) and safe driving record and proof of insurance coverage
- Experience with computers beneficial
- Knowledge of social work values and/or child welfare services
