Job Summary
Be responsible for maximizing commercial opportunities in the assigned market through sourcing of accommodation inventory; initiate contracting with accommodation distributors; maintain relationships with suppliers; monitor and optimize supplier product rate, inventory, and service quality; advise suppliers on marketing campaigns; conduct performance, market, and competitor analysis; travel up to 30% for partner visits; role requires Mandarin, Cantonese, and English; Bachelor's degree (hotel/tourism preferred) and minimum 3 years in online accommodation distribution; experience with connectivity, settlement, and system management backend knowledge; strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and above, hotel or tourism majors are preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience within the online accommodation distribution business
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
- A deep understanding of the accommodation business, market dynamics, and API distribution channels
- Strong critical thinking and data analysis capability
- Analytical, structured mindset and problem-solving skills required
- Available for business travels/partner visits around 30% of the time
