Job Summary
Provide end-to-end management of CTP claims, including contacting injured parties to understand circumstances and needs, assessing and approving treatment and support services, and guiding customers through the claims process with ongoing updates. Maintain a portfolio of claims, proactively identifying issues and minimising inbound queries, while collaborating with internal stakeholders and delivering clear, empathetic support to people recovering from physical or psychological injury.
