CTP Case Manager

Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of CTP claims by proactively coordinating rehabilitation providers and approving rehabilitation and wellness plans in accordance with guidelines. Conduct health promotion activities to enhance customer wellbeing and empower injured claimants to participate in their own treatment and recovery. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver personalized claims management strategies that support high-quality outcomes while working within relevant legislative and regulatory requirements. Provide tailored, effective, and client-focused service experiences to assist claimants in their recovery and return to work journey.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in claims management
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Allied Health experience
- Personal injury experience in alternative schemes
- An empathetic, resilient, and motivational approach to provide customer centric support
- A driven professional with highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and coordination skills
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Sound analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management
- Be outcome/results focused
Desired Qualifications
- Personal injury experience in alternative schemes is also highly desirable
