Job Summary
CTO/Head of Engineering to lead technology and product toward an AI-native operational system, build and scale the engineering team, design the architecture for the next generation of the platform, and rapidly prototype and deploy AI agents in real business processes. This is a builder role focused on momentum, architecture, and delivering tangible AI-enabled workflows, working directly with the founders and shaping AI-native architecture from the ground up.
