Job Summary
CTO & Co-Founder needed to own technical strategy and product development for IMMOLY, an AI-native PropTech startup. Responsibilities include end-to-end architecture and shipping SaaS with agentic AI, leading frontend/backend/cloud infra, API integrations, and working hands-on with code; collaborate with founder on product direction, roadmap, hiring, architecture, and technical execution; ensure shipped products meet real user needs and drive scale. Must demonstrate experience shipping SaaS products and agentic AI systems, with strong emphasis on building durable, scalable platforms and workflows in a fast-moving startup environment. Strong preference for experience with German real estate processes (Mietrecht, Nebenkostenabrechnung) and B2B workflows; familiarity with GCP (or transferable AWS/Azure skills) is helpful. The role offers founder-level salary from day one, equity, and a central technical leadership position in a pre-seed company that already has an MVP running.
