CTI Project Manager

Project Manager in the Construction Testing and Inspection team based in Whitby, Ontario. You will actively participate in construction project activities, manage client requests, and provide oversight of field materials testing and quality compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating and managing projects across earthworks, asphalt, concrete, and granular scopes; developing relationships with clients and engineers; preparing engineering specifications, drawings, and cost opinions; preparing reports, proposals, tender/bid submissions, and budgets; coordinating tender and construction-phase services including shop drawings and schedule of fees; estimating and scheduling projects and handling invoicing and change orders; and monitoring project budgets. Travel, shiftwork and overtime may be required. Qualifications include an undergraduate degree or college diploma, 5+ years of relevant experience, professional designation preferred, knowledge of municipal/provincial standards, strong problem-solving and organizational skills, excellent communication, and a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle. Fluency in English required.
