Job Summary
Athletic Trainer sought for outpatient clinic in an industrial/occupational setting in Central Wisconsin. Responsibilities include designing and implementing workplace injury prevention programs, performing injury assessment and management, guiding rehabilitation with therapeutic exercises and modalities, coordinating return-to-work protocols with employers and healthcare teams, delivering workplace wellness initiatives, and maintaining accurate patient documentation. Requires collaboration with physicians, physical therapists, and occupational health specialists; adherence to OSHA and safety regulations; strong communication, ergonometric assessment skills, and ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Athletic Training from an accredited program.
- Certification: Current certification by the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer (BOC) and state licensure as an Athletic Trainer.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Athletic Trainer, preferably in an industrial, occupational, or outpatient clinical setting.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, assisting patients, and demonstrating exercises.
