Job Summary
Deliver a broad range of HR services supporting the operational and strategic goals of the Colville Tribal Healthcare Authority. Perform and provide guidance in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, HR policy, and compliance. Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and team members, ensuring HR practices are applied consistently and effectively across the organization. Requires a Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, psychology, or related discipline with two years of HR experience. Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices is essential. Valid Washington State driver's license and eligibility for Tribes' Vehicle Insurance are required. Required Qualifications
