CTH II House Manager

Conduct monthly safety equipment inspections, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local guidelines. Coordinate repairs and maintenance for each home, plan menus, manage grocery purchases, and provide transportation to medical and dental appointments. Assist with MARs and medications, manage consumer funds per Departmental Directives, and hire and train competent residential staff. Schedule staff, ensure adequate staffing ratios, cover shifts when unavailable, and conduct Fire and Disaster drills. Evaluate staffing patterns to keep consumers accounted for and attend required training sessions. Requires a high school diploma, two years of experience with people with intellectual or developmental disabilities, a valid South Carolina Driver's License, and CPR/First Aid certification.
