Job Summary
CTEM Offensive Security Manager (Red Teaming & Breach & Attack Simulation) leads and develops the Offensive Security and BAS team within a large enterprise. You will plan and deliver advanced testing including red team exercises, adversary simulation, purple team activities, attack path and control testing, and use threat intelligence to keep testing aligned with real-world risks. You will identify vulnerabilities, translate findings into practical remediation guidance, produce clear reports for technical teams and senior stakeholders, and drive improvements across tools, processes, and ways of working. The role requires hands-on leadership in complex security testing across cloud, networks, identity systems, and endpoints, with strong collaboration across cyber security, engineering and infrastructure, and support for SOC/detection teams to strengthen threat identification and response.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in offensive security, such as red teaming, penetration testing or security engineering
- Experience leading or delivering complex, enterprise-scale security testing
- Hands-on experience with breach and attack simulation tools and security testing frameworks
- Ability to explain complex technical issues in a simple, clear way
- Collaborative, cross-team working experience across cyber security, engineering and infrastructure
- Desirable certifications such as OSCP, CREST, CISSP or similar
