Job Summary
Plan and provide classroom learning experiences for students in Technology, Engineering, and Design courses, developing and modifying instructional plans to meet diverse needs. Operate specialized equipment including 3D printers, laser engravers, desktop CNC machines, and vinyl cutters while maintaining appropriate records and following required procedures. Monitor student progress, maintain a safe environment, and use positive reinforcement to keep students on task. Work cooperatively with staff and parents while complying with school board policies and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university
- Hold or be able to obtain a North Carolina Teachers License in the area 820 Technology
- Must have experience operating 3D printers, laser engravers, desktop cnc, and vinyl cutter equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite
