Job Summary
CTE Teacher responsible for planning, organizing and presenting instruction and environments to help students learn subject matter and skills enabling educational and social development. Requires North Carolina teaching licensure or eligibility, with duties spanning management of instructional time and student behavior, instructional presentation and monitoring, feedback, and facilitation aligned to school/system curricula. Supervises teacher assistants and adheres to licensure standards; robust emphasis on classroom management, clear objectives, timely assessment, and maintaining orderly, inclusive classrooms.
Required Qualifications
- North Carolina Teacher Licensure OR Eligibility for Alternative North Carolina Teacher Licensure
- Degree in education or related area that qualifies for licensure by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction
