Job Summary
CTE Teacher - Computer Science / Business for Gates County Schools. Plans and provides appropriate classroom learning experiences, maintains records, follows required procedures, and promotes student growth in a 10-month instructional calendar. Requires a Bachelor’s degree from an approved educator preparation program and the ability to obtain a North Carolina teaching license in area 760. Focuses on delivering engaging lessons, developing effective plans and materials, and supporting students’ intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development; collaborates with staff and communicates with parents. Exempt status.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an approved educator preparation program
- Hold or be able to obtain a North Carolina Teachers License in the area 760
