Foster and manage a positive learning environment by developing lesson plans based on standards, establishing learning objectives, and providing instruction using research-proven strategies. Adjust instruction based on multiple data elements, set high expectations for student achievement, and counsel, discipline, and supervise students while evaluating their performance and progress. Work in a classroom setting requiring extended standing, lifting objects up to ten pounds, and operating computer controls.
