CTE Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary
Conduct daily enrollment support for prospective, applied, and current students across CTE programs, admissions, registration, financial aid, and orientation. Resolve escalated issues via incoming calls and Tier 3 SmartView ticket escalations from the Blackboard Answer Center. Assist students with online admissions applications, orientation access through MyIvy and IvyLearn, FAFSA verification, loan eligibility, scholarship inquiries, and assessment test reviews. Address complex questions regarding 1098T forms, book accounts, fund disbursements, tuition payments, and bursar holds. Escalate intricate matters to subject matter experts and make appropriate referrals to Career Services, Advising, and other campus resources. Operate within FERPA compliance and professional standards. Daytime hours with potential evening or weekend coverage during peak seasons. This role is funded through Perkins grants ending June 2027.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree
- Two years of relevant experience
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

- Must have in-depth knowledge regarding industry and college relevant to students pursuing careers in technical programs

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's preferred
- Prefer at least two years of direct experience in one or more of the following: CTE, registration, records, financial aid, admissions, or higher education
- Understanding of industry trends and applicability of CTE toward achieving individual outcomes
