Job Summary
Track student progress on dual credit and early college initiatives to ensure completion of credentials or matriculation for Ivy Tech programs. Coordinate with high schools and faculty to communicate enrollment status, develop individual career/academic plans, and administer placement exams. Execute strategic initiatives that promote college resources, including tutoring, testing, and financial aid, while delivering on-site services such as information sessions and parent workshops. Recruit for the College to increase inquiries and conversion rates, and maintain confidential records in compliance with FERPA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, public affairs, social services, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate, implement, and evaluate program(s)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good public relations skills
- Self-motivation
- Required knowledge and skills of computers and related software applications for program planning and implementation, including record keeping
- Ability to administer and interpret assessment results
- Ability to travel throughout North Central Indiana, mobile office environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in higher education and high school-age youth
