Job Summary

負責營運管理部全面管理與策略規劃,確保營運流程順暢、符合法規要求,提升營運績效;監督後台作業流程、基金申購/贖回/轉換、淨值計算與分派等交易作業;推動營運自動化與數位化專案;管理風險、建立內部控制與稽核機制;與業務、法務、投資等部門密切協作,提供策略性建議並參與高階會議,確保營運目標與法規遵循的一致性。

Required Qualifications

  • 大學以上學歷
  • 金融、商學、管理、會計、資訊等相關科系畢業
  • 具備10年以上金融業營運管理相關經驗,其中至少5年以上管理職務經驗
  • 投信投顧業務員或證券商高級業務員證照
  • 熟悉投信基金之申購、贖回、交易、淨值計算、分派等後台作業流程
  • 熟悉投信、期信相關法規與實務
  • 具備風險管理、內部控制及稽核相關知識
  • 具備卓越的領導、溝通協調與跨部門合作能力
  • 解決問題、分析判斷與決策能力
  • 抗壓性高,具備良好的時間管理與多任務處理能力
