Job Summary
Prepare patients and equipment for diagnostic imaging procedures, including CT scans and X-rays, while performing studies independently, conducting portable exams, and managing on-call situations as required. Cross-train in CT modalities and maintain quality control standards for advanced imaging. This role includes rotating day shifts from 7am to 7pm, three days per week, with no weekends, holidays, or call responsibilities. Candidates must hold an Associate's degree or trade school equivalency along with RTR and CT certification. BJC HealthCare offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, a 5% differential for CT certification, and relocation bonus eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or Trade School equivalency (or higher level of education)
- Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography - R.T.(R) and/or CT
- CT Advanced Modality Cat Scan Technologist position
- CT Radiology Technologist – Certified
- 5% Differential on top of base rate for CT certification
- Relocation Bonus Eligibility
- Rotating Day Shift: 3 days per week (7am-7pm)
- No weekends/holidays/call
- Will Cross Train in CT
- IEMA - Illinois only, excl MRI
