Job Summary
Operate CT scanner and related equipment, prepare and orient patients and families to the scan procedure, and process patients through the study. Ensure image quality and present completed images to the Radiologist. Maintain infection control and safety policies, monitor patient condition, assist with first aid/CPR as necessary, and perform general X-Ray. The role requires being on call and upholding confidentiality of patients and department information.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of an AMA approved radiological training program
- Ability to meet the requirements for registry by the ARRT
- Must be licensed by the State
- Current CPR certificate
