Job Summary
Conduct satisfactory CT exams while greeting patients with two identifiers and adhering to ALARA principles. Reconcile images and paperwork in PACS, complete QA and QC as needed, and clean patient care equipment. Stock supplies, notify leads of shortages, and schedule patients with preps. Communicate effectively with staff, radiologists, and patients to meet department needs. Perform duties in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while using proper PPE. Requires ARRT certification, WA DOH certification, BLS, and one year of CT experience. Weekend shifts at Whitman Medical Center with a competitive salary range of $33.00 to $57.75.
Required Qualifications
- ARRT (R)(CT)
- WA DOH Radiologic Technologist Certification
- AHA BLS certified within 30 days of hire and maintain while employed
- Associate's degree or higher
- 1+ year of CT experience
- Ability to lift, and carry, up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push or pull over 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, reach, reach overhead, sit and stand frequently
- Ability to climb, kneel and crawling
- Continuous finger dexterity and fine manipulation
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Weekend Shift availability
