CT Technologist

CT Technologist performs CT procedures, operates imaging equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images, and maintains patient comfort and safety. Responsible for verifying orders and two unique patient identifiers, explaining procedures using AIDET, administering contrast per protocol with venipuncture and sterile technique, and adhering to ALARA principles. Duties include infection-control practices, incident reporting, documentation in RIS/PACS, ensuring studies are finalized, and supporting department workflows and equipment readiness. Collaborative clinical role within a hospital imaging team, with a focus on patient care, safety, and accurate image acquisition.
