Job Summary
Provide exceptional patient care while following physician orders, accurately positioning patients, and preparing and operating CT equipment to ensure high-quality diagnostic images are obtained for interpretation. Rotate weekend day shifts once a month as part of a 24-hour weekly schedule with 2- to 12-hour shifts running from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Maintain a Wisconsin or Illinois radiography license, hold an ARRT registry in Radiography, and possess Basic Life Support certification. Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in allied health, applied/radiologic science or certificate program
- 1 year of radiology experience is preferred but not required
- WI: Licensed Radiographer issued by the WI Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS)
- IL: Accreditation (or Temporary Accreditation) in Medical Radiation Technology issued by the IL Department of Emergency Management Agency (IEMA)
- Certification/registration or registry-eligible as a Radiologic Technologist in Radiography (RT(R)) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Computed Tomography (CT) credential from ARRT
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of radiology experience is preferred but not required
- Computed Tomography (CT) credential from ARRT is preferred
