Required Qualifications

• •Graduate of an accredited imaging, radiology or nuclear medicine program as defined by ARRT
• •Completion of JRCERT accredited Military Educational Program
• •Associate's Degree
• •Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association
• •ARRT(RT) certification
• •ARRT(RT)(CT) certification
• •Foundational knowledge of normal and abnormal anatomy and physiology
• •basic radiologic technology concepts
• •CT‐related terminology
• •core CT theory, practices, and techniques
• •Ability to prioritize and complete assigned clinical and non‐clinical work tasks
• •Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain composed in stressful situations
• •Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy
• •Knowledge of and ability to apply HIPAA guidelines and standards
• •Ability to work as part of a diverse team
• •Ability to communicate effectively with others
• •Ability to be sensitive to patients' physical and psychological needs
• •Ability to maintain accurate records
• •Ability to work accurately with names, numbers, and codes

• •Ability to clean, high‐level disinfect, and perform basic equipment maintenance
• •Ability to display consistency and dependability by reporting to work as scheduled
• •Must be available for weekend shifts
• •Must work 3 x 12 schedule
• •Must be able to lift 50 lbs

• •Must be able to accurately document in EMR/PACS

• •Must be able to correlate clinical history with physician‐ordered exams
• •Must be able to safely administer contrast per protocol
• •Must be able to demonstrate the ability to recognize basic imaging artifacts and implement corrective measures independently or under guidance
• •Must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and the care team to support desired clinical outcomes and service standards
• •Must be able to accurately transfer images and associated data to designated systems, complete basic technical documentation, and prepare studies for physician reporting
• •Must be able to carry out operator‐level quality control checks, cleaning, high‐level disinfection, and basic equipment maintenance per manufacturer instructions and regulatory requirements
• •Must be able to accurately document in EMR/PACS
• •Must be able to actively participate in continuing education, professional development, and research initiatives to maintain competencies and advance quality care and treatment practices
• •Must be able to support inventory tasks as needed to help ensure supplies are available
• •Must be able to perform other duties as assigned
• •Must be able to provide safe, high‐quality, efficient, and patient‐centered care and support services under routine or emergent conditions
