Job Summary
Perform computed tomography examinations accurately, independently, and efficiently under the direction of a radiologist. Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain imaging equipment while preparing patients and optimizing customer service and workflow. Set up and clean exam rooms to ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are ready. Assist with training and mentoring new personnel and students. This regular full-time position offers an hourly rate between $45.68 and $71.50 with an alternate work shift schedule. Located at UW Medical Center–Northwest in North Seattle, the role supports a team of expert imaging technologists dedicated to diagnosing illnesses and injuries quickly.
Required Qualifications
- Satisfactory completion of formal radiologic technology training program in an AMA approved school
- registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Certified by the State of Washington as a Radiologic Technologist
