Job Summary

Operate CT equipment and processing systems to produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and adherence to established protocols. Prepare and position patients appropriately, verify orders, screen for contraindications, and administer contrast media with monitoring for adverse reactions. Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to deliver accurate, timely results, review images for technical accuracy, and document clinical histories. Maintain equipment through regular quality control checks, respond to emergency situations, and keep the work area clean and fully stocked. Work Monday through Friday from 10am to 6:30pm in a high-performing team managing time-critical stroke protocols and complex diagnostic scans.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of clinical experience acquired through an accredited radiologic sciences program
  • Licensed Radiologic Technologist as applicable by state
  • CT - Computed Tomography certification or eligibility to obtain within six (6) months of hire
  • BCLS - Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire

Desired Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience as a CT Technologist in an acute care hospital setting
  • (R) ARDMS or ARRT - Radiographer
