Job Summary
Per diem CT Technologist responsible for performing computed tomography procedures, producing sectional and three-dimensional images for interpretation, acquiring and reformating data for diagnostic use, and integrating patient information with technical skills to support interventional and therapeutic procedures. Ensures high-quality images, maintains equipment sterility, monitors patients, and acts appropriately in emergencies while exercising independent professional judgment. Requires ARRT CT certification, advanced CT registry, and BLS; cross-training in CT and two years of staff technologist experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- ARRT CT certification
- BLS certification
- Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program
- Advanced CT certification/training
