Job Summary
Independently perform CT procedures using a multi-slice CT scanner, applying clinical judgment to ensure optimal imaging quality and patient safety. Operate power injectors and patient monitoring equipment while starting IVs and administering contrast as directed by the onsite physician. Deliver exemplary customer service through clear communication and compassion throughout the patient experience. Actively participate in a team-based environment while continuing to utilize expertise for diagnostic X-ray and fluoroscopy procedures as needed. Work night shifts at Swedish Cherry Hill as part of Providence Swedish's largest not-for-profit health care system in the greater Puget Sound area.
Required Qualifications
- Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program
- Washington Radiologic Technologist upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire
- National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography --or-- National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, with one-year in a CT Scan department
