Job Summary
Performs computerized tomographic procedures for the diagnosis of disease and injury according to protocols established by radiologists. Must perform at least 3 specified procedures (biopsy, TAVR, coronary, watchman, extremity work for OR planning, ablations or fiducial placement); prepares/positions patients, administers contrast media, monitors during procedures, follows radiation safety guidelines, and reports abnormalities. Requires completion of Radiology program and ARRT-CT credentials with related ARRT/Radiography/NMTCB options, BLS, and state licensure where applicable. Relocation assistance is available for qualified external candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of Radiology program and ARRT-CT within 12 months of hire
- Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA)
- ARRT-CT Computed Tomography - ARRT or NMTCB credential
- ARRT-R Radiography or ARRT-R Radiography credential (depending on state) or equivalent
- ARRT-CT Credential - ARRT or NMTCB credential
- Radiographer, Licensed in applicable state (IEMA/Wisconsin or equivalent)
