Job Summary
Deliver diagnostic excellence—producing high-quality CT images with precision, compassion, and confidence while keeping patients at the center of every exam. CT Technologists ensure exams meet highest clinical standards through complex contrast-enhanced studies, 3D renderings, and cardiac protocols, working in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment with a focus on accurate imaging, patient interaction, and adherence to ALARA safety principles. The role emphasizes autonomy in managing workflow, proficiency with GE/Siemens/Philips platforms, PACS/RIS systems, mentorship of students, and commitment to collaborative clinical culture in a national network emphasizing scope, standards, and continuous professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- ARRT certification in Radiography (R) + Computed Tomography (CT) is required
- Valid state licensure current (where required)
- CPR/BLS certified and current
- 1+ year of CT experience preferred; outpatient or ambulatory care experience a plus
- Proficiency on GE, Siemens, or Philips CT platforms
- Fluency in PACS, RIS, and digital image processing
- Working knowledge of ALARA and radiation safety principles
- Ability to lift/assist patients and thrive in a physically active environment
- Strong communication skills with patients, radiologists, and teammates
- Ability to manage workflow with minimal supervision
- Willingness to mentor students and contribute to a positive clinical culture
