Job Summary

Conduct computed tomography imaging by reviewing patient history and physician orders, scheduling exams, and educating patients on procedures. Prepare and administer contrast media when ordered, monitor patient condition, and report status changes. Select exposure factors, perform quality control, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and position patients for imaging. Analyze results to resolve image quality issues, enter scan data, and perform 3-D post processing as needed. This onsite role at UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital requires critical thinking and minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Pay ranges from $37.35 to $52.29 per hour based on experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
  • Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT)
  • Registered, and or registry eligible with completion of registry in 12 months in computed tomography (CT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • State licensure if required by law
  • BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
  • BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
