CT Technologist - Radiology

Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic CT procedures by selecting correct exposure factors, algorithms, and scan fields to produce accurate cross-sectional images for radiologist diagnosis. Assist physicians and physician assistants during complex invasive CT examinations using proper sterile technique. Perform computed tomography scans while maintaining technical proficiency and adhering to hospital protocols. This role requires a Connecticut state Radiographer license, BLS certification, and at least six months of radiology hospital experience. New graduates are also eligible for on-the-job training in a teaching hospital setting.
