Job Summary
Perform Xray and CT scanning procedures for newborns, infants, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients to produce clinically diagnostic images. Operate C Arm equipment in an ambulatory surgical center, process images, and monitor quality control. Ensure patient comfort and safety while moving, transporting patients, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires full range of body motion for extended periods of standing, sitting, stooping, and kneeling. Work is fast-paced with on-call rotation as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
- Full range of body motion to pass a basic FIT test to include bending, stooping, standing and sitting for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
