Job Summary
Perform CT examinations according to physician orders, utilizing sophisticated CT equipment and adjusting imaging factors for individual patient needs. Apply clinical judgment regarding imaging technique and patient treatment to produce optimal images while accommodating special or age-related requirements. Maintain certification, license, or registration as required by state board and national registry standards. Complete BLS and Oregon Medical Imaging License training upon hire.
Required Qualifications
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Oregon Medical Imaging License from Oregon State Board upon hire
- National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire
- National Registered Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology upon hire
- National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography within 1 year of hire
- National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board within 1 year of hire
