Job Summary
Perform CT examinations according to physician orders, utilizing sophisticated CT equipment to produce optimal images while accounting for individual patients' special or age-related needs. Apply knowledge and judgment regarding imaging factors, imaging technique, and patient treatment to ensure high-quality diagnostic results. Complete required certifications including National Provider BLS, Oregon Medical Imaging License, and National Registered Technologist credentials within the specified timeframe. Work evening shifts from Friday through Sunday, 8:30am to 9:00pm, at Providence Newberg Medical Center as part of a team dedicated to whole-person care for the Pacific Northwest community.
Required Qualifications
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Oregon Medical Imaging License from Oregon State Board
- National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- National Registered Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology
- National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography
- National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
