CT Technologist (PRN)

CT Technologist (PRN) performs CT procedures with a focus on safe, high-quality imaging and patient experience. Responsibilities include operating imaging and radiographic equipment per department guidelines, maintaining ALARA principles, obtaining clinical history and verifying orders with two patient identifiers, explaining procedures using AIDET, ensuring patient comfort and safety, performing contrast administration and venipuncture as applicable, positioning patients and applying markers and shielding, reviewing images for diagnostic acceptability, finalizing studies in RIS/PACS, monitoring patient condition and assisting with emergencies, organizing daily workflows, and supporting department operations and regulatory compliance.
