Job Summary
Perform diagnostic CT and radiographic examinations, ensuring image quality, patient safety, and radiation safety. Review each examination for technical accuracy, send completed studies to radiologists, and communicate pertinent patient data. Identify patients, verify exam orders against clinical diagnoses, and maintain demographic consistency. Monitor supply inventory, keep exam rooms stocked and neat, and collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Adhere to department policies, confidentiality standards, infection control protocols, and universal precautions while utilizing HIS and PACS systems for documentation. Maintain HIPAA compliance and model organizational values. Requires ARRT CT credentials, BLS certification, and minimum one year of healthcare experience. PRN status with shift differential; hourly pay ranges from $41.72 to $57.56.
Required Qualifications

- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with Computed Tomography (CT) credentials: R.T.(R )(CT)(ARRT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Must possess, or be able to obtain within 90 days, the computers skills necessary to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
- working knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English
- Must be HIPAA compliant
- Minimum One year of experience preferred
