Job Summary
Perform computerized tomographic procedures for disease and injury diagnosis according to established radiologist protocols. Prepare and position patients, select anatomic and technical parameters, and administer contrast media or medications within scope. Monitor patients during procedures, report abnormal activity, and observe radiation safety guidelines while maintaining constant alertness. Perform at least three of the following: biopsy, TAVR, coronary, watchman, extremity work for OR planning, ablations, or fiducial placement. Submit updates or refinements to protocols as warranted. Work in a safe manner following all state and federal regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of Radiology program
- ARRT-R credential
- ARRT-CT within 12 months of hire
- Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA)
